Meet the Team
Our team brings together pool renovation planning, homeowner communication, and field coordination. We share a straightforward approach: understand the problem, explain the options, and treat each project with care.
The People You Will Work With
Daniel Morales
Daniel founded Inground Pool Resurfacing Fort Lauderdale after working around residential improvement projects in Broward County and seeing how confusing pool renovation decisions could be for homeowners. Raised in South Florida, he enjoys weekend fishing trips and spending time outdoors with his family. He focuses on project planning, customer conversations, and helping homeowners understand their resurfacing options.
Melissa Rodriguez
Melissa helps organize customer inquiries, project information, and scheduling conversations. She grew up in the Pompano Beach area and enjoys visiting local parks and trying new recipes with her family. Her priority is keeping communication clear so homeowners know what information is needed and what happens next.
Anthony Bennett
Anthony focuses on site preparation planning, material coordination, and practical field details for pool renovation projects. He has spent much of his life in Broward County and enjoys restoring older bicycles in his spare time. He believes careful preparation and an organized work area make a meaningful difference to the project experience.
How We Work Together
We start by listening to what homeowners want to improve. A rough pool surface, outdated tile, or worn deck may seem straightforward, but the underlying conditions matter. We discuss the existing pool, explain the likely work, and identify any concerns that deserve further evaluation.
Once a project scope is established, we focus on communication, preparation, and practical coordination. We want homeowners to understand the sequence of work, potential disruptions, and the care requirements associated with the completed materials.
